商品住宅房价影响因素的计量分析 被引量:3

摘要 近几年以来,房地产价格飞速上涨,连创新高。在这种情况下研究房价的影响因素,具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章分析货币供给、地价、居民收入水平和增长速度等因素对房价的影响。
