摘要 绿茶是湖南的主要茶类,湖南绿茶品质特色鲜明,同时也存在明显的质量缺陷。发展武陵绿茶是提高湖南绿茶品质的根本途径。武陵山区具有生产优质绿茶的良好生态环境和茶树品种资源。发展武陵绿茶:一要有科学导向;二要有政策支持;三要注重武陵绿茶发展中的科学技术问题。 Hunan is the main province of producing tea, and green tea is the major. Green tea in Hunan has distinct characteristics, as well as obvious quality defects. Developing Wuling green tea is the fundamental way to improve the quality of green tea in Hunan. Because Wuling mountain area has a good ecological environment and various tea resource to produce excellent green tea. During the development of wuling green tea,we must pay attention to the following aspects: First, scientific guidance; Second,the policy support; Third, focusing on scientific and technical issues in the development of Wuling green tea.
