长期以来,温州民营企业国际化主要以低成本为竞争优势,产业的"低小散"问题决定了之前的温州模式已很难适应国际化向深度和广度发展的需求,近年来温州经济发展动力相对不足提醒了我们问题的存在。因此,如何走出现在的发展瓶颈,如何促进温州模式的优化和创新已成为推动温州经济继续向前发展的当务之急。本文以温州民营企业的代表正泰为研究案例,以其国际化发展之路中总结的经验和遇到的问题,启迪温州民营企业国际化转型的路径、策略和关键。

Wenzhou private enterprise has taken part in international competition with low cost, which nowadays is not suitable for the development of world further. Therefore, how to optimize Wenzhou mode and develop the economy are urgent affairs. Based on Zheng Tai, this paper attends to illustrate methods and strategy of swithing in intermational market for Wenzhou private enterprise.
