摘要
项目教学对教师提出了更高要求,所以教师资源是教学团队的最核心因素。师资建设重点应放在"双师"素质与"专兼结合"两个方面。本文结合所在学院实际,较为详细地阐述了数控技术项目课程教学团队的建设方法与手段。
Project teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers, thus the teacher resource is the core factor of the teaching team. The construction of teaching team shall emphasize both double qualified teacher＇s quality and the combination of full-time and part-time teachers. According to our college＇s realities, this paper sets forth some methods of buildng the teach- ing team responsible in the numeric control technology project.
