摘要
本文通过分析教师在课程实施中的作用及教师影响课程实施的因素等方面说明课程实施要求教师的专业化,从影响教师发展的内因和外因两方面来探讨如何实现教师的专业发展。
This article has an investigation of how to realize the teachers's professional development from both internal cau- ses and external causes. It also has an analysis of the teachers' role in project courses and how they influence the execution of the courses.
