Training on Pioneering and Innovative Ability of Instructors in Higher Vocational College

在我国,创新创业教育的研究与实践刚刚起步,与之相关的问题层出不穷。教师的创新创业能力高低直接关系到所培养学生的创新创业能力,甚至关系到学生的就业和长远发展。高职院校教师同样面临着此类问题,因此,有必要探讨如何培养他们的创新创业能力。

In China, the theory and practice on education of pioneering and innovative ability are still at the early-stage, some questions referring to it emerge one after another. Instructors＇ pioneering and innovative ability have been bearing on col- lege students＇ correlated ability, even on students＇ employment and long term growth. Instructors in higher vocational colleges are also faced with such problem. Therefore, it is necessary to research how to train their pioneering and innovative ability.
