通过对职业教育现状和学生心理的分析,提出"师爱"是教师职业道德的核心和精髓,是搞好职业教育不可或缺的条件。
By analysis of the vocational education status and students＇ psychology, the thesis points out that the ＂teachers＇ love＂ is the professional ethics and is essential to vocational education.
