直流电镀铁基胎体性能及其金刚石钻头研究 被引量:3

摘要 将修复零部件的工业镀铁技术,应用到金刚石钻头的制造中。经过试验,掌握了电镀铁基胎体金刚石钻头的工艺技术。室内钻进试验表明:电镀铁基金刚石钻头钻进9级花岗岩的时效能达到2m/h,钻头的使用寿命能达到44 m,完全能够满足钻探生产的要求。结果表明:直流电镀铁基胎体的性能具有硬度高且可调、金刚石出刃好等特点;电镀铁基的镀液配方简单,成本低,具有很好的应用前景。 Iron-plating technology for restoration of parts was applied in the manufacture of diamond bits in our research. The technology for electroforming diamond bit with iron matrix was mastered based on experiments . The laboratory drilling test indicated that the average penetration rate of the DC-electroplated iron based diamond bit was 2 m/h during drilling in granite grade 9 and the bits life reached 44 m, which can meet drilling production requirements. The results showed that the DC-eleetroplated iron based diamond bit has high and adjustable hardness and good diamond exposing ability. The electrolyte formula is relatively simple and its cost is lower. This kind of bit has good application prospect.
