摘要 颗粒增强铝基复合材料是一种典型的难加工材料。我们对电镀金刚石砂轮平面磨削加工SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的加工表面质量进行了实验研究。结果表明,在主轴转速为6000r/min、进给速度为300mm/min、磨削深度为0.05mm的条件下,走刀长度达到30m时砂轮直径磨损量为0.11mm,在实验所采用的加工参数条件下表面粗糙度达到Ra0.57—1.12μm,加工表面质量较高。文中还对电镀金刚石砂轮的磨损形式、磨损机理以及砂轮的修整进行了分析与介绍。 Particle reinforced aluminium matrix composite is a typical hard-to-work material. In this research, experimental research was made on the ground quality of SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite material using electroplated diamond grinding wheel. The results indicated that when the spindle speed was 6 000 r/min, the feed speed was 300 mm/min, and the depth of cut was 0.05 mm, the wear amount of wheel diameter was 0. llmm when the cutting lenth reached 30 m. A desirable ground surface roughness of 0.57 - 1.12 μm was obtained under the experiment parameters. The wear form and wear mechanism of the diamond wheel during machining were also discussed in the paper.
