摘要
多样化人才培养的意义在于创造性思维及创新能力的培养,目的是为培养具有较高综合素质的人才奠定基础。本文以清华大学为例通过构建多层次结构化的培养方案、建立适应多种类学生的教学管理系统以及建设本研一体化的多学期交叉运行的教学管理体系,不断变革教学管理模式,适应因材施教的需要,使每个人的个性得到充分发展、创新潜力得到充分开发,满足社会经济和科学技术发展对人才的多样化需求。
The meaning of bringing up the persons with diversification rests with creating thinking and in- novating ability to form the basis for training the persons with higher integrative diathesis. This paper describes the teaching management system that adapts many kinds of students and runs across many terms for the incorporation of undergraduate and graduate students by using the scheme of multi hiberar- chy. Good personality and innovating potential for each student are fully developed by changing the teaching management model and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude to satisfy the diversification needs for persons with ability in accordance with the development of society, economy, and technology.
