美国教师教育课程设置特色与启示——以美国伊利诺大学(UIC)教师教育课程设置为例 被引量:25

摘要 美国UIC教师教育课程设置表现为以人才培养为核心设计课程计划与课程目标、课程结构与模块划分体现学术性与师范性的双重要求、课程设置趋向给予学生越来越多的课程选择自由、实践教学注重个体能力的建构等方面的特色,以此为鉴,提出我国教师教育课程设置应该打破人才培养目标的趋同性,在教师教育类课程、教育基础课程和实践教学等方面加强建设,通过教师教育课程体系的合理化建构,实现教师教育的特色化培养和教师专业发展。 The settings of the teacher education curriculum of UIC (University of Illinois at Chicago) mainly have four feathers. The feathers are making the growing of the as the center of the designing of the plan and aim of the curriculums, the curriculum structure and division of modules reflect the academic and normal standards, giving more freedom to the students in choosing curriculums, and teaching practice pays attention on the construction of individual capability. On this concerning, this essay puts forward that the curriculum settings of teacher education in China should break the converging tendency on the talents training aim and strengthen the construction of teachers educational curriculums and foundational curriculum of teaching and teaching practice. Consequently, Chinese teacher education curriculums can realize the characteristically training of teachers and professional development of teacher by the reasonable constructing of the teacher education curriculums system.
