浙江省中学生自杀意念及其影响因素分析

Suicidal Consciousness and Its Influencing Factors Among Middle School Students in Zhejiang

目的了解浙江省中学生自杀意念发生情况及其影响因素,为开展评价及干预提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法,对浙江省30个县区221所学校249个班级的11638名初一至高三中学生采用自我管理式问卷进行集中调查。结果中学生自杀意念率为13.05%,自杀计划率为3.89%,自杀未遂率为4.13%;多元Logistic回归分析表明,学校类型、性别、自身健康状况、孤独、失眠、学习成绩、离家出走、吸烟、饮酒、打架、被别人威胁是中学生自杀意念的影响因素。结论浙江省中学生自杀意念率较高,应针对其影响因素采取积极有效的应对措施。

Objective To study status of suicidal consciousness and its influencing factors among middle school students in Zhejiang, and to provide scientific basis for evaluation and intervention. Methods Multi-stage cluster random sampling was conducted in 249 classes from 221 schools in 30 counties of Zhejiang Province. The selected 11 638 students from junior grade one to senior grade three were investigated by using self-management questionnaire. Results The prevalence of suicidal consciousness, plan and attempt were 13.05%, 3.89% and 4.13%, respectively. Multi- ple logistic regression analysis indicated that school type, gender, health condition, loneliness, insomnia, school achievment, cigarette smoking, drinking alcohol, fighting, be threatened were influencing factors of suicide consciousness among middle school students Conclusion The prevalence of suicide consciousness among middle school students in Zhejiang is high, active effective measures should be taken for prevention.
