摘要
目的探讨大学生核心自我评价(CSE)与主观幸福感(SWB)之间的关系,为跨文化研究提供理论和实证支持。方法采用分层整群抽样法,选取内蒙古自治区3所高校大学生951名,采用核心自我评价量表和主观幸福感量表进行调查。结果大学生的积极情感(PA)存在显著性别和民族差异,消极情感(NA)存在民族和来源地差异。CSE不同组别在生活满意度(SWL)、PA和NA差异均有统计学意义;在SWL和PA方面,CSE低分组<中分组<高分组(P<0.01);在NA方面,CSE低分组>中分组>高分组(P<0.01)。CSE与SWL和PA显著正相关,与NA显著负相关;多元回归分析结果显示,CSE是SWL,PA和NA的最佳预测变量,其解释变异量分别为24%,18%和15%。结论大学生核心自我评价可以作为预测主观幸福感的显著变量。
Objective Objective To study the relationship between core self-evaluation (CSE) and subjective well-being ( SWB) among college students, and to provide basis for span culture research. Methods 951 undergraduates from 3 colleges in Inner Mongolia were selected by stratified cluster sampling and investigated with CSE and SWB. Results Significant differences in gender and nationality existed in positive affection ( PA ) among undergraduates, and significant differences in nationality and birthplace existed in negative affection (NA). Differences in PA, NA and Satisfaction with Life (SWL) between different CSE groups were significant. CSE positively correlated with SWL and PA, while negatively with NA. Multiple regression analysis showed CSE was the best predictor of SWL, PA and NA, and its explain variation were 24%, 18% and 15%, respectively. Conclusion CSE could be used as a significant predictor of SWB.
