透明胶纸粘贴法治疗大学生蠕形螨疗效分析

Effectiveness of Cellophane Tape Method in Demodex Treatment

目的探讨透明胶纸粘贴法治疗蠕形螨感染的效果,为蠕形螨的治疗提供参考依据。方法选取河南大学医学院在校大学生282名,采用挤压法取鼻尖及两侧鼻翼部皮脂,镜检并鉴定虫种,同时记录感染度和皮脂量,采用透明胶纸粘贴法治疗感染者。结果轻度感染者的疗效高于中、重度感染者(P<0.05或P<0.01);皮脂量较少、中等者的疗效高于皮脂量较多者的疗效(P<0.01);毛囊蠕形螨与皮脂蠕形螨的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论透明胶纸粘贴法对蠕形螨感染具有一定的疗效,疗效与感染者的感染度和皮脂量有关,与感染虫种无关。

Objective To explore the efficency of cellophane tape method in demodex treatment, and to provide references for demodex treatment. Methods Extrusion method was used to got sebum specimens from nasal tip and alaes. Specimens were detected and identified. Infection degree and sebaceous amount were recorded. The infected patients were treated by cellophane tape method. Results Treatment efficency of mild infection was higher than moderate and serious infections （ P 〈 0.05 ）, treatment efficency of less and moderate sebaceous amount infections was higher than more sebaceous amount infections（ P 〈0.01 ）. There was no significantly different of efficiency between demodex folliculorum and demodex brevis（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cellophane tape method can be used in demodex infection treatment. Treating efficency has relationgship with infection degree and sebaceous amount, but has no relationgship with species of demodex.
