变电站选址定容新模型及其遗传算法优化 被引量:22

New Model Optimized by Genetic Algorithm for Distribution Substation Locating and Sizing

摘要 变电站选址定容是一种大规模组合优化问题,为确定变电站的位置和容量,建立了一种变电站选址定容新模型。该模型在变电站容量、变电站和负荷之间的距离、变电站的供电半径等约束条件下,不但考虑了变电站安装费用、运行费用、网损费用,而且把变压器的损耗费用引入到优化目标函数中。为验证新模型的有效性,采用轮盘赌操作、两点交叉操作、两点变异操作设计遗传算法程序,对一实际算例进行了优化求解,仿真结果表明所提出的新模型是合理的、有效的。 Distribution substation locating and sizing is a large-scale combination optimization problem,in order to solve the problem,this paper presents a new model of distribution substation locating and sizing. This proposed model includes electrical constraints such as substation capacities, the distance between the substation and the load,and supply radius,and so on . The objective function not only includes substation install cost, running cost and network loss cost, but also introduces a new member the transformer loss cost. The genetic operators, which are roulette wheel selection operator,two-point crossover operator and two-point mutation operator,are used in genetic algorithm. A practical example is solved successfully by the proposed genetic algorithm. The simulation results validate the correctness and effectiveness of the developed model.
