摘要
大多数脉宽调制的多电平逆变器会产生共模电压,导致很大的电机轴承电流和电磁干扰,直接影响电机轴承的使用寿命和电子设备正常工作。为此,针对多电平逆变器电压空间矢量的特点和规律进行了分析,并对各个电压空间矢量以及各种冗余开关状态进行研究,发现了冗余开关状态与共模电压的内在联系,同时提出了一种抑制多电平逆变器共模电压的空间矢量方法。仿真与实验结果证明了该理论分析以及所提出的抑制共模电压方法的正确性。
It is well known that commonly used multilevel inverter modulation schemes generate commonmode voltages. Common-mode voltages may cause motor shaft voltages and bearing currents and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Premature motor bearing failures and electronic equipment malfunctions have been reported to be directly related to bearing currents and EMI. Based on the analysis of the characteristic and rule for the voltage space vector of multilevel inverter, each voltage space vector and redundancy states were discussed in detail, and the relationship between redundancy switching states and common-mode voltage was found. At the same time, a spacevector method of mitigation and elimination common-mode voltage was proposed. The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and the proposed method.
