摘要
采用生物酶与碱氧一浴化学联合脱胶的方法对光叶楮韧皮进行脱胶,旨在探索光叶楮生物酶与碱氧一浴化学联合脱胶的最佳工艺参数。通过正交设计对影响光叶楮脱胶效果的主要因素如NaOH浓度、双氧水用量和碱煮时间进行试验,结果表明,光叶楮生物酶与碱氧一浴化学联合脱胶的最佳工艺参数为:NaOH的质量浓度为5 g/L、双氧水质量浓度为4 g/L、煮练时间为150 min。在最优工艺条件下,采用生物酶与碱氧一浴脱胶新工艺方案处理光叶楮韧皮制得的光叶楮纤维的各品质指标相对较好,作为纺织纤维应用于纺织行业很有潜力。
In this paper the enzyme pretreatment and alkali-H2 02 one bath degumming of Broussonetia Pa- pyrifera was studied. The orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize three important factors: the concentrations of NaOH and H2O2 and the processing time of alkali-H2 02 one bath degumming. In the end, the optimum parameters of the three factors were obtained: the dosage of NaOH: 5 g/L, the dosage of H2O2 : 4 g/L, treatment time: 150 min. The index of qualities show good performances which fit the general process. As a natural fiber, the Broussonetia Papyrifera fiber has further developing prospect.
