Research of Project Delivery System and Trade Object Based on Project Management Maturity

在诠释了项目管理成熟度模型和工程项目交易模式影响因素的基础上,运用模糊评价法建立了工程项目交易模式决策模型,以确定最合适的交易模式;结合工程项目管理成熟度评价指标体系,评价各企业的项目管理成熟度,而后选择成熟度较高的作为交易对象。

Based on analysis of the Project Management Maturity Model and the selection factors of project delivery system, fuzzy evaluation method is used to establish the decision-making model of selecting project delivery system. When the most suitable delivery system is selected, utilizing constructed the evaluation index system of project management maturity method, implement evaluation of project management matu- rity to identify the highest level to select the optimal solution for a given project.
