文章以重庆房地产利益集团为例,分析房地产市场中各利益主体间的博弈,特别是博弈过程中的地方政府行为,并提出了对地方政府这种行为的相应对策。

In this paper,set real estate interests in Chongqing as an example and analyzes the real estate market among the competition of the main stakeholders, especially in the game of the local government behavior, and raise measures for such acts of local governments.
