摘要
文章通过对长沙理工大学城南学院05级会计、市场营销、财务管理等专业大学生的问卷调查,分析独立学院女大学生的就业现状及就业难的原因,并提出相关对策及建议。
Based on questionnaire survey of university students in the Changsha University of Science and Technology Institute of South 05 accounting, marketing, financial management, we can analyze the status and the reasons of the independent Institute of female college student＇s difficult employment and it aslo propose some countermeasures and suggestions.
