高师非师范体育专业大学生就业压力及对策

Students of normal chace physical college’s employment pressure and countermeasures

通过对华中师范大学体育学院部分非师范体育专业毕业生的问卷调查结果表明:非师范体育专业毕业生总体就业压力较高;非师范体育专业毕业生就业面尚待拓宽,就业结构尚不合理;非师范体育专业毕业生就业竞争力尚待提高。针对高师非体育专业毕业生的就业困境,提出了缓解高师非师范体育专业大学生就业压力的应对策略。

results through the survey on Central China Normal University, institute of physical education teacher physical education part of the graduates show ：Graduates of non-teacher professional sports in general bear higher employment pressure.the ways of Non-teacher professional sports in obtaining employment need to be widened, the structure of employment is still unreasonable.Non-teacher professional sports outstanding graduates need to enhance their employability and competitiveness.To graduates of non-teacher professional＇s diffculties in finding jobs, this article put some coping strategies forward to alleviate the non-normal sports college students＇ employment pressure.
