2008年以来,胜利油田现河采油厂采油二矿以提升班组整体管理水平为目标,坚持工作重心下沉,开展"星级班组升级"活动,通过细化工作标准,完善工作机制,实现了班组建设的制度化、规范化,推动了班组管理升级,班组面貌呈现出新气象。
