摘要
为满足中国船级社《电气电子产品型式认可试验指南》对船用电子设备电磁兼容性的要求,以船载航行数据记录仪为例,对机箱、内部部件、走线以及电路板等影响船用电子设备电磁兼容性的关键点进行了电磁兼容设计.该设备通过了电磁兼容测试.分析了这种基于经验法则的设计存在一定盲目性,提出今后还应进行基于建模仿真的电磁兼容性预测研究.
This paper describes the EMC design that performed by adopting some experienced rules to some key points that effect EMC capacity of VDR greatly, such as box, inside component, line and circuit board, for satisfying the CCS "the electricity electron product pattern approves testing a guide". After EMC design, the VDR passed the EMC test. At last, it analyses some blindness existed in this design, suggests some EMC study based on the modeling and simulating which should be carried in the future.
