摘要
在传统工业时代,模块化方法在生产型企业的组织设计中被广泛运用,然而,以技术模块化为基础的组织设计方法在当前知识型企业实践方面遇到了空前挑战。由于知识难以标准化处理,这就要求知识模块设计既要考虑知识深度的完备性,又要考虑模块间知识沟通的完整性。从组织(深度)知识活动角度入手,利用模块化分析知识型企业中组织知识的内涵,进而揭示组织知识的模块化原理,提出模块化组织设计方法,最后以某设计院为例进一步解释知识型企业的组织设计原理。
The new challenges modularization modular design of the practice from its origin, of technology has extensively been researched and applied, however, as goes and meaning of modular design. This paper attempts to explore the nature of concepts, and the relationship between enterprise's knowledge configuration and modularization is analyzed, thus we illustrate that the nature of enterprise's is its knowledge configuration design, and present the positive analysis of organizational modular design.
