摘要
研发人员的组织职业生涯日益受到关注。陈述了研发人员的职业现状,对研发人员职业倾向和职业通道进行了理论回顾,并在此基础上探讨了研发人员多职业通道设计的原则、框架和步骤。
The organization career of R＆D professionals is cared enthusiastically. In this study, there is a summary description about career status of R＆D professionals and a summarization about career orientation and path of R＆D professionals. At last, the principle, the frame and the procedure about multiple career paths＇ design of R＆D professionals are explored in the study.
