电弧喷涂铁铬铝/铝复合涂层的高温抗氧化机理 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步提高涂层体系的抗高温氧化性能及使用寿命,采用铁铬铝做底层,纯铝做外面的涂层,形成了铁铬铝/铝复合涂层.通过对电弧喷涂铁铬铝/铝复合涂层在900℃下加热试验后的试件进行分析表明,由于铁铬铝底层与碳钢基体之间发生冶金结合,增加了涂层体系的可靠性,并且铁铬铝底层还为铝涂层提供了极好的沉积表面.铝层的应用不但增加了涂层中的铝元素,还有助于提高铁铬铝涂层的自封孔能力.研究还进一步表明,铁铬铝/铝复合涂层有利于阻止氧的扩散,可提高涂层体系的高温防护作用. In order to enhance the high temperature oxidation resistance of coatings and prolong the operating life of coatings, Fe-Cr-Al/AI composite coatings were designed, which were Fe-Cr-Al as the inner layer and Al as the outer layer. The arc sprayed Fe-Cr-Al/Al composite coatings heated at 900 ℃ were investigated. The results showed that the bonding reliability of the coatings was improved because of the metallurgical bonding between the Fe-Cr-Al coating and carbon steel substrate. The AI content in the coating got increased and the pore in the coating could be sealed due to the application of pure AL coating. The Fe-Cr-AI/Al composite coating exhibited great resistance on diffusion of oxygen, and could improve the high temperature protection effect of the coating system.
