摘要
合成了四氢叶酸辅酶模型化合物碘化１，２二甲基３对甲氧苯磺酰基咪唑啉，研究了它与氨类亲核试剂的反应性能。
The 1,2-dimethy1,3-(p-methoxybenzenesulfonyl)imidazolinium iodide,a tetrahydrofolate model was synthesized,and the property of its reaction with nucleophiles was studied.Seven new compounds were thus formed.
