CG125发动机动力响应分析及噪声源识别

摘要 发动机的振动通过缸体、缸盖罩和曲轴箱及侧盖向外辐射噪声,为此对CG125发动机进行了动态响应分析、噪声测量及噪声源识别实验。经实验验证,发动机箱体具有很好的动强度,找到了发动机表面结构对整个发动机辐射噪声影响较大的位置,有限元计算结果与噪声源识别结果一致,为改进CG125发动机的声品质提供了可靠依据。 Engine vibration radiates extemally noise through cylinder block, cylinder head and crankcase plus its side cover. Therefore, addressing this engine, the dynamic respose, noise measurement and identification of noise source were made which helps the designer in determining the better dynamic strength and finding the larger position where the influence of the engine surface structure upon the engine radiation noise is bigger. The finite element calculation result is as same as that of the noise identification, which provides reliable bases to the improvement of the sound quality of CG 125 engine.
