摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了掺杂Fe3+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Ce3+和La3+5种不同离子的纳米级TiO2薄膜,使用TiO2薄膜对亚甲基蓝溶液进行光催化试验。研究表明,在5种掺杂离子中,其La3+的掺杂效果最好,当La3+的适宜含量为1.8%(质量分数)时,掺杂与未掺杂的XRD图谱基本一致;掺入La3+离子使得TiO2的晶粒变小,可抑制晶相向金红石相转变;随着焙烧温度的升高TiO2晶粒逐渐变大,温度为700℃时,其粒径为27.6nm,TiO2为混合晶型(锐钛矿型和金红石型),其活性最高。
Abstract: Nanosized TiO2 thin films doped respectively with Fe^3+ , Cu^2+, Zn^2+ , Ce^3+ , La^3+ were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by XRD. The prepared film was used in the photocatalytic experiment of methylene blue. The experimental results showed that the film doped with La^3+ was the best of the five doping ions. When the content of La^3+ doped was 1.8 % ( mass ratio), no much difference was observed in XRD between La^3+ doped TiO2 and non-doped TiO2. The particle diameter of TiO2 decreased by the doping of La^3+ and the crystal was restrained to become rutile structure. The particle of TiO2 increased with the increase of calcination temperture. The particle diameter was 27.6 nm at 700 ℃ and the crystal was mixed crystal with highest catalytic activity.
