合成气经草酸酯制乙二醇技术进展 被引量:21

Advances in preparation of ethylene glycol from synthesis gas via oxalate esters

摘要 通过合成气经草酸酯制乙二醇符合我国的资源现状,可降低我国乙二醇产品对国外的依赖。本文综述并分析了国内外一氧化碳催化偶联合成草酸酯和草酸酯催化加氢制乙二醇技术的最新研究进展。分析认为,一氧化碳催化偶联合成草酸酯技术比较成熟,而草酸酯气相加氢催化剂的寿命还存在问题,有待进一步的研究。 Ethylene glycol prepared from synthesis gas via oxalate esters can ease the dependence on the foreign market, which conforms to the situation of resources in china. Advances in the preparation of oxalate esters by carbon monoxide coupling reaction in the presence of catalysts and in the hydrogenation of oxalate esters were summarized and analyzed. At present, the process for the synthesis of oxalate esters via carbon monoxide is mature, but there are still some problems in the life of catalysts for the hydrogenation of oxalate esters, which need to be researched further.
