摘要
对黄冈师范学院体育教育专业2004、2005级学生教学实习进行调查,结果显示,实习生教学能力的部分指标偏低。主要体现实习生缺乏在中小学体育新课标知识,教法的综合设计与应用能力不高,动作技术的理论表述能力不强,激励学生兴趣的能力不足,对教学反馈信息的处理能力不够等方面。进一步调查表明,实习生缺乏教学实践经历,不善于构建协调的技术类课程知识模块,对自己的角色定位不当,是其主要的负面影响因素。建议学校通过更新教学理念和转变实习生角色的措施来提高学生的教学能力。
By investigating the teaching practice of sports education majors who graduated in 2004 and 2005 from Huanggang Normal University, the result indicates that their teaching abilities are low in someway. The main reasons are included as the following: they lack the knowledge about the new curriculum for sports education of primary school and middle school; their abilities of synthetic design and application for pedagogy, of illustration for action theory, of stimulating primary school and middle school students'interests in sports, and of handling teaching feedback information. Through the further investigation on the main negative influence factors, we observed that the students lacked experience of teaching practice, were not good at building up proper curriculum module, and had no idea about their roles played in teaching. We suggeste that the university should, in today's new circumstanes, renew our education idea and help our students transform their role-location.
