摘要
针对黄冈师范学院体育教育专业毕业生就业现状,从专业培养目标、生源质量、课程设置、教学环节和学生素质培养等方面分析体育教育专业人才培养模式,以实现"就业至上"的办学理念。
Considering the current employment status of PE graduates in Huanggang Normal University, we analyse the talent cultivating mode of PE specialty from educational objective, educatee variety, curriculum, pedagogy, teaching facilities, etc. to promote students＇ employment after they graduate.
