摘要 控制压力钻井(MPD)能够解决复杂地层窄压力窗口钻井复杂问题。总结了华北油田衡6井潜山地层钻井的主要难点,分析了现场井下情况,从压力控制和防止井漏等方面进行了控制压力钻井方案设计与参数优选,介绍了MPD钻井设备及施工流程。通过优化水力学参数、优选钻井液密度、及时根据现场井下情况修正钻井施工方案、选择合理的井口控制压力值等方法安全顺利完成了钻井施工任务,做到了不喷不漏,提高了钻井速度、钻井效率和效益。MPD技术对应对复杂地质条件钻井提供了一种新的钻井技术,在同类井的钻井施工作业中有重要的借鉴作用。 Managed pressure drilling (MPD) can be used to solve drilling problems in narrow window in complex formations. Difficulties in the drilling of buried-hill formations of Heng 6 well in Huabei Oilfield are summarized in this paper. The downhole situations in the field are analyzed, MPD program design and parameter optimization are conducted from the perspectives of pressure control and prevention of lost circulation, the drilling equipment and operating process of MPD are introduced. Through the optimization of hydraulic parameter drilling fluid density, according to the downhole situations in the field, the drilling program is updated and more reasonable wellhead pressure is chosen to fulfill drilling successfully. Blowout and lost circulation is prevented, drilling speed is increased, and drilling efficiency is improved. MPD technology is novel to solve the drilling problems in complex geological conditions, and it may be helpful to the drilling of wells of the same type.
