摘要
针对现行桥塞封层工艺中存在的不足,研制出可取式系列桥塞,包括A型、B型、C型3个系列。其结构由锚定机构、解封机构、密封机构3部分组成,可用油管或电缆送进坐封,完成临时性封堵、永久性封堵、分层采油、压裂、插管挤灰、插管采油、测试等作业。经千余井次的现场应用,各项技术指标均达到设计要求,最大工作压差105MPa,最高耐温175℃,工艺成功率98%以上。现场的成功应用表明可取式系列桥塞操作简单,是理想的井下封堵工具。
In view of the shortcomings of the currently used bridge plug seal technology, retrievable bridge plugs of A, B, and C types are developed. They are composed of the anchoring, unsetting, and sealing mechanism, and may be used to setting by tubes or cables, fulfilling the operation of temporary and permanent plugging, separate zone production, fracturing, socket ash squeezing, socket production, and test. After innumerable times of field application, all technical indexes meet the demand of design, with the maximum working pressure ratio 105 MPa and the success rate higher than 98%, and resistant to high temperature of 175℃. Successful field application shows that the retrievable bridge plug is the ideal tool for well plugging.
