摘要
本文从实际工作出发,着重讨论了如何在图书馆环境下,应对读者投诉,圆满地解决读者投诉,使得读者投诉有成熟完整的解决方案和流程,以能够推进图书馆各项工作的提高和改进。
Based on her experiences in work, the author mainly discusses how to deal with and satisfactorily solve readers" com- plaints in public libraries, and how to form a new and complete procedure for coping with such complaints.
