摘要
以七水合硫酸锌、硼砂、无水氧化锌为原料,在水浴加热环境下选用硼砂法合成FB阻燃剂(4ZnO.6B2O3.7H2O),通过多因素正交法考察配料比、液固质量比、加热时间、加热温度四种因素对产品阻燃性能的影响,并确定最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,控制反应温度为90℃,硫酸锌与硼砂配料物质的量之比1.10:1,液固质量比6.5:1,反应时间5.5h,在此条件下所合成的阻燃剂阻燃效果最好。
FB flame retardant(2ZnO.3B2O3.3.5H2O) was synthesized through water- bath heating synthesis using the seven hydrated zinc sulfate., borax, zinc oxide as raw material, by orthngonal method to determine process conditions to study material quota,the ratio of liquid to solid,heating time and heating temperature of the four factors on the impact of product. The experimental results show that the reaction temperature is 90℃,zinc sulphate composes in reply the Borax burden matter's measuring that competing with each other inl. 10:1,liquid to solid ratio 6.5 : 1, reaction time 5.5 h. Under these conditions ,the products composite hinder burning effect is best.
