摘要
建立赣江鱼类中有机氯农药残留的气相色谱测定方法。方法:采用索式萃取、浓硫酸净化、国产OV-17毛细管色谱柱和ECD检测器,检测器温度为330℃、进样器温度为240℃、柱温275℃、载气压力为15psi、分流比为1∶50、尾吹气流速71.4m l.m in-1。结果:线性范围为2×10-6-4×10-4g.l-1;加标平均回收率在72.3-95.7%,RSD为4.20-9.83%。结论:该方法快速、有效,对赣江鱼类中有机氯农药残留的测定具有好的适用性。
Method of determination of organochlorine pesticide residue in fishes of Ganjiang River by gas chromatography is presented. Method: soxhlet extraction, clean-up with concentrated sulfuric acid. OV- 17 capillary chromatic pillar at 275℃, ECD at 330℃, sample injector at 240℃, pressure of carrier gas at 15psi, split ratio at 1:50, make - up gas speed at 71.4ml.min^-1. Results: linear range of the method in 2 × 10^-6 - 4 × 10^-4g.l^-1, recoveries in the range of 72.3 - 95.7%, RSD 4.20 -9.83%. Conclusion: the presented method is fast, economical, and applicable to the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Ganjiang River fishes.
