摘要
将经CSP流程生产的、(Si+Al)=1.0%成分为基的冷轧无取向电工钢,在MULTIPAS模拟器上进行连续退火工艺模拟试验。结果表明:该成分的热轧板卷经过约75%冷轧压下率得到的冷轧板完全再结晶温度为700℃,该冷轧板经820℃×60s退火可获得磁性和力学性能较好的全工艺型产品;经720~780℃×60s退火可获得力学性能和磁性较好的半工艺型产品。在MULTIPAS模拟器上进行冷轧无取向电工钢的连续退火模拟,采用合适的涂层保护,就可克服钢材表面氧化;选取合适的升温及降温速度,就可使退火后的板形满足磁性测量的要求。在MULTIPAS模拟器上,进行不脱碳的冷轧无取向电工钢的连续退火模拟是可行的。
Through continuous annealing simulative experiments of 1.0%mass(Si and AI)cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel produced by Masteel's CSP line on MULTIPAS simulator, it is shown that fully recrystallized temperature for cold-rolled sheet with a 75 % reduction is 700.0. Fully-processed products with good magnetic and mechanical properties can be obtained through 820℃× 60s annealing of this cold-rolled material. Semi-processed products with good magnetic and mechanical properties can be obtained through 720-780℃ × 60s annealing.
