焦炭与氧反应的负催化研究

摘要 在用浸泡的方法将硼酸和ZOC负载于焦炭之后,通过热重分析试验考察了硼酸和ZOC吸附量对焦炭氧化反应的影响。其结果表明,硼酸和ZOC对焦炭与氧的反应"负催化"作用很明显,可以抑制焦炭的溶损反应;用硼酸或ZOC水溶液浸渍焦炭,硼酸或ZOC以分子或"离子"状态高度分散和吸附在焦粉的表面和孔隙之中,可以高效降低燃烧速率,将大大减少钝化剂的用量。 H3 BO3 and ZOC are loaded onto coke surface using soaking method and the effects of their absorbent amount on the reaction between coke and oxygen are studied through thermogravimetry analysis. Results show that the negative catalysis actions of H3 BO3 and ZOO on the reaction between coke and oxygen are very obvious, which may restrain the solution loss reaction of coke. After coke surface is soaked in H3 BO3 and ZOC aqueous solutions, H3 BO3 and ZOC are absorbed or highly dispersed on the surface and pores of coke in the form of molecules or ions, which can lower the combustion rate and greatly reduce the dosage of passivation agents.
