摘要
介绍了变频调速在马钢三铁总厂烧结分厂配料系统中的应用,指出了传统烧结配料工艺中存在的问题。近几年来,工业过程自动化程度越来越高及人们对环保意识的增强,变频技术以其优异的性能,在国内外得以广泛应用。与传统的生产工艺相比,大幅提高了工作效率,减轻劳动强度,节约能源,具有很好的经济效益。
The application of frequency speed control in the bed blending system of the sinter plant of Masteel No. 3 Iron Works is introduced. Problems in conventional blending process are pointed out. Compared with conventional production processes, frequency speed control technology greatly improves efficiency, reduces labour intensity, saves energy and brings good economic results.
