自发气调包装对罗勒采后保鲜效果的研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON THE PRESERVATION OF OCIMUM BASILICUM AT MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE PACKAGE DURING POSTHARVEST STORAGE

摘要 本文分析了自发气调包装对罗勒茎叶耐藏性及品质的影响。结果表明:罗勒茎叶在室温(20~28℃)、10℃、5℃条件下的贮藏寿命分别为2d,3d,5d;而10℃气调包装和5℃气调包装的罗勒茎叶,其贮藏寿命分别为7d、8d。冷藏气调贮藏能够降低采后罗勒茎叶的水分散失,抑制呼吸速率,降低细胞膜相对透性,营养品质损失低于对照组。 The effect of air - conditioned storage on the storable performance and qualities of the stem and leaf of Ocimum basilicum was studied. The results showed that the storage longevity of Ocimum basilicum was 2 days,3 days and 5 days at room temperature (20 -28 ℃ ), 10 ℃ and 5℃, and that of the modified atmosphere package at 10℃ ,5℃ was 7 days and 8 days. The total moisture of Ocimum basilicum at air - conditioned and cold - storage treatment were well maintained, the respiration rate and the relative membrane permeability were significantly inhibited, and the damage of quality attributes of Ocimum basilicum was lower than that of the control
