摘要
目的:探讨消瘀化痰方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的作用机制。方法:采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制NAFLD模型,实验分组为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药(东宝肝泰)对照组和消瘀化痰方高、低剂量组。以高、低剂量消瘀化痰方和东宝肝泰进行干预,然后测定各组大鼠血清NO的含量和NOS的活性。结果:模型组大鼠血清NO的含量较正常组明显升高(P<0.01),NOS的活性明显增强(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠血清NO的含量和NOS的活性均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),高、低剂量组NO的含量和NOS的活性均低于阳性药对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消瘀化痰方可通过降低NO的含量和NOS的活性发挥抗脂肪肝作用。
Objective:to discuss the mechanism of Removing Blood Stasis and Resolving Phlegm Prescription in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD). Methods: NAFLD models were made by feeding rats with high-fat diet, which were divided into control group, model control group, positive (Dong Bao Gan Tai) group, treating groups of high and low dosage. Interfere with high and low dosages of the prescription and Dong Bao Gan Tai respectively before determining the NO content and NOS activity of rats in each group. Results: compared with control group, NO content of model group increased significantly (P<0.01), NOS activity strengthened significantly (P<0.01). Compared with model group, NO content and NOS activity of treating groups decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while NO and NOS of high and low dosage groups were lower than those of positive group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Removing Blood Stasis and Resolving Phlegm Prescription may function as anti-fatty liver by decreasing NO content and NOS activity.
