固硫型煤开发应用研究

A Study on Developing and Utilizing Sulphur-fixing Coal

本文通过实验研究，成功地开发出适合各种锅炉、窑炉、茶水炉、小生活锅炉使用的固硫型煤。先后建立了年产３万吨和２万吨固硫型煤生产线，已在长沙市区近１００家单位使用，效果良好，固硫率５０％左右，固尘率增加１０％，节煤率约８％，为今后广泛推广使用清洁能源打下了基础。

Based on our studies and tests for manytime, this article introduces sulphur-fixing coals that suit all kinds of such boilers as kiln, tea furnace, small living boiler. Two sulphur-fixing coal production lines whose production capacities are 30000 tons and 20000 tons are set up successively per year. These sulphur-fixing coal is used by nearly a hundred units. Its effects are very good. Sulphur fixation rate is about 50%. Dust fixation rate increase 10%. Coal-saving rate is about 8%. This is a future foundation for clean energy resource.
