钒化钠诱导人食管癌细胞系EC109凋亡及其机制

摘要 目的:研究钒化钠诱导食管癌细胞系EC109凋亡及其可能的机制。方法:用半定量Western-Blot方法检测Caspase-3蛋白的激活水平。结果:一定浓度的钒化钠可使食管癌细胞系EC109 Caspase-3蛋白的激活水平升高。结论:钒化钠的抗肿瘤机制可能与Caspase-3蛋白的激活水平升高有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of sodium vanadate on apoptosis of the esophageal cancer cell line EC109 and its possible mechanism. Methods:Western blot analysis was applied to determine modification of easpase--3 proteins. Results: The expression of Caspase--3 was evidently increased by sodium vanadate of certain concentration. Conclusion:The antiturnor mechanism of Sodium vanadate may be related to upregulation of Caspase--3 expression.
