从施工合同的签订、材料的采购、分包工程的控制、工程工期的控制、废料的回收和工程尾款的回收等施工工程几个阶段的内部控制活动进行阐述,找到加强企业内部管理,提高电力施工企业竞争力的有效途径。
The competition an electric power construction enterprise faces is more and more intense, an enterprise has to find out an approach to increasing his economic benefits, for which strengthening interior control inside an enterprise is of top priority. The paper discussed separately the interior control activities in a few stgges such as contracting, procurement, the control of subcontracted engineering, period, the recycle of wastes and the contract dunning, through which an effective approach to promoting an electric power enterprise' s competence.
