摘要
针对富拉尔基发电总厂3号炉水冷壁管在运行中连续发生氢腐蚀爆管的问题,分别从锅炉运行状况、水质、凝汽器泄漏的影响及炉内水处理方式等方面进行详细分析。分析了腐蚀机理,指出爆管是由于炉管沉积物下介质浓缩发生氢腐蚀所致,对腐蚀、结垢的原因提出改进措施。
The paper analyzed in details the phenomenon in boiler operation condition, water quality, leakage of condenser, water treatment etc. focusing on the problems that tube burst of water wall occurred continuously for a few times for No. 3 boiler in Fulaerji Electric Power General Plant, and point out that the tube burst is due to the medium density, under materials deposited inside tube, enough to inducing hydrogen corrosion. Means to improve was also presented in the paper.
