ERP sand table course is the practical training with the integration of wisdom, experience and game. Trainees conclude many valuable lessons based on their personal experiences. It is very helpful to develop the trainees＂ intelligence and wisdom. In this way, we also can get deep thinking about theoretical knowledge. Based on practice and teaching, this paper concludes some regularity, namely, the practicing strategies of ERP sand table simulation training and provides fans with some information for mutual study and reference.
