高吸水性树脂的合成及其吸附染料性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文以丙烯酸为单体,以K2S2O8为引发剂,N,N′—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,以水为溶剂进行溶液聚合合成高吸水树脂,并将所得高吸水树脂用于吸附分散染料。考察了树脂结构、树脂用量、染料浓度、吸附时间诸因素对树脂上色率的影响。结果证明,选择高吸水性能的树脂和合适的用量、染料浓度及吸附时间可使树脂的上色率达93.1%。 おuper absorent water resin was synthesized by solution polymerization, which was acrylic acid as monomer, K_2S_2O_8 as initiator,N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as cross linker. The resin synthrsized was used as absorption dye. Structure of the resin, amount of the resin,concentration of dye and time of absorption on power of dyeing were also studied. Experiment shows that power of dyeing on the resin can reach 93.1%, If structure of the resin, amount of the resin, concentration of dyeing and time of absorption are fit.
