摘要
科学合理地量化教师工作是公正实施教师工作量制度的基础,教师工作量的折算要有理论分析、测算及实践依据,并能获得大多数教师的认可。对教师工作量化研究方法、折算依据、折算系数、调节系数以及如何理解知识型劳动者按劳分配原则等进行了认真的思考并提出了作者的见解。
To quantify the teachers' work scientifically and reasonably is the basis of fair implementation of the teachers' workload system. The teachers' workload must be converted with theoretical analysis and measurement and practical basis, and should be recognized by most teachers. The paper analyzes research methods, conversion basis, conversion coefficient and adjustment coefficient of quantifying the teachers' work and how to understand knowledge-based workers should be distributed with the principle of distribution based on their performance and puts forward the author's opinion.
