摘要
结合梳形分散稳定剂的制备,概要介绍非水分散聚合的稳定机理.着重探讨梳形分散剂的制备方法、操作过程及主要工艺条件.得到如下结论:12羟基硬脂酸缩聚温度为200℃,其缩聚物平均分子量控制在1530~1700;缩聚物酯化温度为140℃,缩聚物与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的摩尔比为1∶12;AIBN加入量为单体重量的05%,引发剂采用“三次”加入法;混合液滴加时间为3h,保温时间为3h.
A comb stabilizer for nonaqueous dispersion polymerization has been synthetized. A stabilization theory of nonaqueous dispersion polymerization was introduced. A preparing method, operating process and main technologic condition of the comb stabilizer for nonaqueous dispersion polymerization have been studied mainly. Following conclusions have been obtained. A condensation polymerization temperature of 12 hydroxystearic acid was 200 ℃. A number average molecular weight of the condensation polymer was 1530~1700. A esterification temperature of the condensation polymer was 140 ℃. A mole ratio of the condensation polymer with glycidyl methacrylate was 1∶1.2. A initiator weight was 0.5 %of monomer weight, which was divided into three parts to add in 3 h. A temperature keeped time was 3 h.
